Face To Face 2019 - Sangiovese

Marta Sierota started out as a philosophy lecturer, over time she developed an interest in wine. In 2008, Marta moved her family to Tuscany in the small village of Usigliano, nestled in the heart of the Pisan hills. Her new home was surrounded by many beautiful but abandoned vineyards, which eventually inspired Marta to start her own wine project here. Since the beginning, Marta has believed that wine is a product of nature, so she decided to follow the rules of biodynamics at all steps of viticulture and vinification.She only produces mono varietal wines, this is a Sangiovese, light in body with silky rich red fruit and a little spice.
