Angiolino is one of the founding figures of natural wine in Italy, now assisted by his sons. His focus is on healthy vines, biodynamic treatments in the vineyard and allowing nature to show off La Biancara's terroir in each bottle. This is a super fresh blend of Garganega and Trebbiano, vinified in steel. Loads of green fruit, citrus and a lightly vegetal note to finish.
