O Poulo 2020 - Ganacha Tintoera

This is Nacho Gonzalez' top wine, from his high altitude vineyards in Valdeorras. These are ancient vineyards the Nacho has recovered and has been bringing back to full health since 2014. This is full of bright, concentrated fruit, loads of depth and wonderful minerality.
