Palmento Bianco 2020 - Cataratto

Eric Narioo and his wife Anna Martens, live with their children on the northern slopes of mount Etna, Sicily. Eric is one of the leading figures in natural wine in the world, having also set up Les Caves de Pyrene - the biggest importer of natural wine in the world. They both have an eye for abandoned vineyards and a desire to experiment. Palmento is a blend of local white varieties, with half of the wine staying on the skins for seven days before being blended. The ideal orange wine, light, refreshing and super aromatic. Lots of yellow plum and apricot.
