R 2019 - Riesling

Patrick Bouju and Justine Loiseau are two of France's leading winemakers. They produce wines with incredible energy and the purist of fruit. They are based in Auvergne, but work with a number of growers across France and Greece for their négoce project. This wine is made with grapes from the Goepp family in Heilgenstein, Alsace. They also acquired a big old Alsatian barrel to ferment and age the wine in. Bright and fresh, giving way to a ripe, roundness, absolutely delicious.
