Ruby Soho 2020 - Spatburgunder

Jan Matthias Klein is a seventh generation winemaker, now the most popular natural winemaker in the Mosel. This wine used to go by the name "Purple Rain", but after a happy accident in which Jan mistakenly added Pinot Noir to the Regent grapes, the wine was much more lifted and aromatic. A vibrant, juicy, sparkling red wine.
