Wine Tasting Saturdays: Veraison, June 18th
Join us & David of Veraison Wine & Champagne for our next tasting on Saturday, the 18th of June.
Veraison Wine is a small Irish importer based in Dublin. They discover and partner with vignerons that encourage biodiversity, practice organic farming and eschew chemical pesticides and herbicides. This care and attention translate directly to the high quality, terroir driven wines that they import.
Their range is born from their passion for small, organic producers. They have an emphasis on low dosage, single vineyard champagnes which have never been offered before in Ireland, in addition to a small selection of low production, organic wine from across France and Italy. The focus for the 18th will be tasting some of Veraison's specialities; grower champagnes and burgundys, including some wines not yet available in Ireland yet.
Featured producers for the event: Antoine Bouvet, Romain Henin, Domaine Petit Roy, Domaine Les Horees & Domaine De La Cras. Veraison will also have a small selection of rare bottles of champagne & burgundy which will be on our menu that day.
