Chef de Partie - Full Time (2 positions available)
We're looking for a Chef de Partie at Note to join our kitchen team. If you’re an ambitious cook with a passion for quality ingredients, creativity, and consistency, we want to hear from you. This full-time role offers a competitive salary, a 4-day/45-48 hour working week, generous staff discounts, and great opportunities for growth.
- Contract: Full-Time, salary based
- Hours: 4 day working week / 45-48 hours
- Holidays: 28 days annual leave including bank holidays
- Salary: Competitive, based on experience
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a professional kitchen role required
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standard, consistently and efficiently.
- Maintain section organisation, cleanliness, and stock control.
- Work collaboratively with the Head Chef and kitchen team to deliver an exceptional menu.
- Oversee junior chefs or commis when required, ensuring training and guidance.
- Uphold food safety, hygiene, and health standards at all times.
- Contribute ideas for menu development and seasonal changes.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar position within a quality-focused kitchen.
- Strong technical cooking skills and knowledge of modern food trends.
- Passionate about great produce, presentation, and consistency.
- Organised, reliable, and able to work under pressure.
- A positive team player who thrives in a busy, collaborative environment.
