    General Manager

    We're looking for an experienced GM to join our team at Note as our business continues to evolve. The ideal candidate will lead our Bistro's team, matching our ambitions for 2023 with some exciting collaborations and events already planned for the year ahead. 

    The ideal candidate:

    • Experience in a similar role for over two years.
    • Organised and have a savvy administrative skillset.
    • Ability to anticipate and manage the needs of our guests, team and stakeholders.
    • To engage, lead and nurture a team at all levels.
    • Passion for food, wine and all things hospitality.

    Working as part of our front of house team, our Beverage Director will curate & manage our wine programme, as well as our range of other drinks including cocktails, beers & non alcoholic options. 

    The ideal candidate:

    • Minimum WSET Level 2 and above.
    • A keen interest in natural wines & independent producers.
    • Previous experience managing an extensive wine list.
    • Service oriented with an attention to detail.
