Front Of House Vacancies:

1. Restaurant Manager - Full Time

We're looking for a Restaurant Manager at Note. If you’re an experienced leader passionate about hospitality and ready to lead a thriving restaurant, we want to hear from you. This full-time role offers a competitive salary, a 5-day/45 hour working week, monthly complimentary meals for two, generous staff discounts, and plenty of opportunities for professional growth.

You’ll oversee daily operations, inspire and develop a talented team and ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional experience. You’ll also represent the Note brand through our events programme, build strong supplier relationships, and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

2. Front of House Supervisor - Full Time

We're looking for a FOH Supervisor at Note to assist our management team. If you’re an experienced leader passionate about hospitality and ready to lead a thriving restaurant, we want to hear from you. This full-time role offers a competitive salary, a 5-day/45 hour working week, monthly complimentary meals for two, generous staff discounts, and plenty of opportunities for professional growth.

  • Contract: Full-Time, salary based.
  • Hours: 5 day working week/45 hours.
  • 28 days annual leave including bank holidays.
  • Salary: Competitive, based on experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or senior front of house role required.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and support the front of house team during service.
  • Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the floor, maintaining high standards of service and guest experience.
  • Work closely with management and kitchen team to coordinate operations.
  • Assist in training new team members and upholding internal service standards.
  • Contribute to the overall atmosphere and culture of the venue through positive leadership and communication.
  • Manage bookings, guest enquiries, and handle any service issues confidently and professionally.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a busy, high-quality hospitality environment.
  • Excellent floor presence with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Genuine passion for food, wine, and customer service.
  • Organised, calm under pressure, and solutions-oriented.
  • A team player who leads by example and supports a collaborative culture.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and basic administrative duties a plus.

3. Part-Time Front of House Position (x1)

  • Contract: Part-Time, hourly-based.
  • Hours: Primarily Friday and Saturday shifts, with flexibility for additional hours (15–25 hours/week).
  • Pay: €14 per hour, plus shared tips and service charge.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar hospitality role preferred.

Ideal for someone who:

  • Wants to work in a professional, high-quality service environment on a part-time basis.
  • Has strong interpersonal skills and thrives in a guest-facing role.
  • Is reliable, punctual, and enjoys working as part of a close-knit team.
  • Has weekend availability and flexibility to support peak service times.
