Front Of House

  • Assistant Manager / Sommelier - Full Time x 1

We’re looking for an Assistant Manager/Sommelier to join our team at Note. This dual role suits an experienced hospitality professional who combines strong operational knowledge with a deep appreciation for wine, service, and guest experience.

At Note, wine is central to how we define hospitality - expressive, engaging, and rooted in relationships with thoughtful producers. Our team values attention to detail, genuine connection with guests, and a collaborative, calm approach to busy service. The successful candidate will thrive in an environment where leadership and warmth go hand in hand, helping to guide both the floor team and the evolving wine programme.

As Assistant Manager & Sommelier, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the restaurant, supporting the General Manager across all service, staffing, and operational aspects. Alongside this, you’ll help curate and oversee wine service, contributing to a list that reflects Note’s ethos: ingredient-led, seasonal, and expressive of place. You’ll also support team training and development, ensuring consistency and excellence across every aspect of the guest experience.This full-time position offers a competitive salary, structured work schedule, generous staff benefits, and real opportunities for growth within a small, ambitious team.What to expect in the role:

We’re looking for an experienced Front of House team member to join Note. If you’re a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and wants to take the next step in your career, we’d love to hear from you.As Senior Front of House, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service, supporting management in daily operations, and mentoring junior team members. You’ll ensure every guest feels welcomed, valued, and cared for while maintaining the relaxed, professional atmosphere that defines Note.

  • Full time: 4-5 day working week / 34-42 hours.

  • Chef de Partie - Full Time x 1

We’re looking for a Chef de Partie at Note to join our kitchen team. If you’re an ambitious cook with a passion for quality ingredients, creativity, and consistency, we want to hear from you. This full-time role offers a competitive salary, a 4-day/45-48 hour working week, generous staff discounts, and great opportunities for growth.

  • Contract: Full-Time, salary based
  • Hours: 4 day working week / 45-48 hours
  • Holidays: 28 days annual leave including bank holidays
  • Salary: Competitive, based on experience
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in a professional kitchen role required

What You’ll Do:

  • Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standard, consistently and efficiently.
  • Maintain section organisation, cleanliness, and stock control.
  • Work collaboratively with the Head Chef and kitchen team to deliver an exceptional menu.
  • Oversee junior chefs or commis when required, ensuring training and guidance.
  • Uphold food safety, hygiene, and health standards at all times.
  • Contribute ideas for menu development and seasonal changes.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar position within a quality-focused kitchen.
  • Strong technical cooking skills and knowledge of modern food trends.
