Front Of House

#1. Restaurant Manager
We're looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team at Note. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is deeply passionate about hospitality and ready to take ownership of a busy, high-performing restaurant.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the floor, leading and developing the team, and ensuring every guest experience reflects the standards and identity of Note. Beyond service, you will play a key role in shaping team culture, supporting our events programme, building strong supplier relationships, and maintaining operational excellence across the business.
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary, a structured 5-day / 42-hour max working week, and strong opportunities for growth within the business.

What we’re looking for:

#2. Sommelier
We are looking for a Sommelier to join the team at Note. This role suits an experienced hospitality professional who brings together strong operational ability with a genuine passion for wine, service, and guest experience.
At Note, wine sits at the centre of how we approach hospitality: expressive, engaging, and grounded in relationships with thoughtful producers. We value attention to detail, a natural connection with guests, and a calm, collaborative approach to service. This is a role for someone who leads with both confidence and warmth, contributing to the floor while helping shape and evolve our wine programme.
As Sommelier, you will play a key role in the daily running of the restaurant, supporting the management team across service, staffing, and operations. Alongside this, you will help curate and oversee wine service, contributing to a list that reflects our ethos: ingredient-led, seasonal, and expressive of place. You will also support team training and development, ensuring consistency and excellence across every aspect of the guest experience.

#3. Senior FOH - Full Time x 1
We’re looking for an experienced Front of House team member to join Note. If you’re a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and wants to take the next step in your career, we’d love to hear from you.As Senior Front of House, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service, supporting management in daily operations, and mentoring junior team members. You’ll ensure every guest feels welcomed, valued, and cared for while maintaining the relaxed, professional atmosphere that defines Note.

- Full time: 4-5 day working week / 34-42 hours.
