Front Of House

  • Sommelier - Full Time

We’re looking for a Sommelier to join the team at Note. If you’re an experienced wine professional passionate about guest experience and excited to develop a diverse, dynamic wine programme, we’d love to hear from you.

At Note, wine plays an integral role in our overall dining experience - our list focuses on thoughtful, expressive bottles from small, quality-driven producers, balancing established regions with emerging voices. The drinks programme reflects our broader ethos: seasonal, ingredient-led and built on strong relationships with growers and suppliers. Guests come to Note expecting knowledgeable, confident service and genuine enthusiasm for what’s being poured. The right candidate will appreciate that balance between building an ambitious, evolving wine offering and creating an atmosphere where every interaction feels approachable, engaging, and in tune with the rhythm of the restaurant. 

As Sommelier, you’ll curate an engaging and ever-evolving wine list, oversee wine service across the restaurant, and share your knowledge with both guests and the team through tastings and training sessions. You’ll work closely with the management and kitchen teams to ensure wine and food pairings are thoughtful, seasonal, and reflective of Note’s character.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary, a 5-day / 42 hour working week, generous staff discounts, and ongoing opportunities for professional development.

Front Of House

  • Senior FOH - Full Time

We’re looking for an experienced Front of House team member to join Note. If you’re a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and wants to take the next step in your career, we’d love to hear from you.As Senior Front of House, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service, supporting management in daily operations, and mentoring junior team members. You’ll ensure every guest feels welcomed, valued, and cared for while maintaining the relaxed, professional atmosphere that defines Note.

What to expect in the role:

  • Full time: 4-5 day working week / 34-42 hours.

Back Of House

  • Chef de Partie - Full Time (2 positions available)

We’re looking for a Chef de Partie at Note to join our kitchen team. If you’re an ambitious cook with a passion for quality ingredients, creativity, and consistency, we want to hear from you. This full-time role offers a competitive salary, a 4-day/45-48 hour working week, generous staff discounts, and great opportunities for growth.

  • Contract: Full-Time, salary based
  • Hours: 4 day working week / 45-48 hours
  • Holidays: 28 days annual leave including bank holidays
  • Salary: Competitive, based on experience
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in a professional kitchen role required

What You’ll Do:

  • Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standard, consistently and efficiently.
  • Maintain section organisation, cleanliness, and stock control.
  • Work collaboratively with the Head Chef and kitchen team to deliver an exceptional menu.
  • Oversee junior chefs or commis when required, ensuring training and guidance.
  • Uphold food safety, hygiene, and health standards at all times.
  • Contribute ideas for menu development and seasonal changes.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar position within a quality-focused kitchen.
  • Strong technical cooking skills and knowledge of modern food trends.
  • Passionate about great produce, presentation, and consistency.
